Excavator & Locator Achievement Awards

The Excavator & Locator Achievement Awards recognize Iowa’s best partners in damage prevention for 2026. Now is your chance to give these professionals the recognition they deserve by nominating them. It only takes a couple minutes to complete.

One excavator and one locate technician will each receive a plaque and $150 gift card presented at the Iowa Excavation Safety Summit on January 28, 2027. All nominations are due by December 31, 2026.

About the Iowa Excavation Summit

In collaboration with key industry stakeholders and damage prevention partners, Iowa One Call hosts an annual Iowa Excavation Safety Summit to provide a platform for building relationships, participating in engaging sessions, and learning about the latest developments across the industry. The type of education and awareness this event provides is crucial for: mitigating hazards and safety risks for both excavators and the general public; reducing liabilities and costs associated with repairs and delays; and preventing disruptions to essential services.
